Service Description
Take a mindful pause from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in 3 hours of calm and nature at Birch Farm. This restorative experience is designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and breathe: We will begin with a Mindful Nature Connection Walk, gently grounding yourself amidst the beauty of spring. Then wander through our flower beds and pick your own spring blooms to create a delicate posy. Enjoy tea and homemade cake in a peaceful and welcoming setting. Find stillness with a guided meditation in the garden, seated in a calming circle with your posies. Take unhurried time to simply be and soak in the tranquility of the space. This is a small, intimate group experience for like-minded individuals. Come on your own for a moment of personal reflection, or share the day with a friend. You’ll leave the session feeling calm, refreshed, and carrying a beautiful jar of hand-picked spring flowers.
